Christmas opening and delivery information 2024

Dispatch schedule

Orders will be dispatched up to and including 23rd December, however for delivery before Christmas please order well before that date and choose an appropriate delivery service.

We recommend that to ensure delivery before Christmas orders should be placed by Tuesday 17th December and choose the 'Standard' or 'Premium' delivery option.

We will be dispatching orders on this schedule:

From 3pm* on 27/12 to 3pm* on 30/12 Dispatched 30/12
From 3pm* on 30/12 to 3pm* on 2/1 Dispatched 2/1
From 3/1 onwards As per our usual daily schedule.

* - We will endeavour to dispatch all orders the same day, and continue to process them for as long as possible, however as the exact time of collection by the carriers is not certain we recommend ordering by 3pm to ensure your parcel is dispatched that day. Orders received after 5pm will certainly not be dispatched the same day.

Delivery schedule

Please allow an extra day for deliveries due to the busy Christmas period.

Please note that deliveries are usually attempted on 'working days' (Monday to Friday). No deliveries will be attempted on 25th or 26th December or 1st January as these are public holidays.

Deliveries may be attempted on Saturday 21st and 28th December but this may be on an ad hoc basis. Choosing the 'Saturday delivery' option* at checkout should ensure delivery is attempted on those days.

Deliveries are unlikely to be attempted on Sunday 23rd and 30th December, and would be at the discretion of the relevant carrier.

Deliveries will be attempted on 24th, 27th and 30th December as usual.

The normal delivery schedule will resume on 2nd January.

* - This option is not available for deliveries to some parts of the UK, including to ‘Northern Ireland, UK Islands and Remote areas’,
