An ideal addition to the diet of pet birds to provide a source of omega-3s and omega-6s. The hard shells are also a good source fibre. 

If feeding to birds fed Harrison's Bird Foods, additional foods added to the diet to provide an additional source of omegas should total 5% of the diet (75-80% should be Harrison's foods, and 15-20% should be fruit/vegetables).
